Descripción:

Designs the overall technological architecture of the product with the help of the team
Guides project teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration and automated deployment
Responsible for the technical design of the product
Mentors and coaches the technical team, specifically with code reviews
Be hands on and engage in coding to help the team to develop the solution and solve problems as they surface
Identifies and removes technical impediments
Works with Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo
Provides the team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality
Shares responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable components

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field required. Advanced degree is a strong plus.
Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends
Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
Strong communication skills with ability to align stakeholders on complex technical decisions
Experience with coaching and mentoring technical team members
Expertise in working with the tools and technologies relevant to the product team
Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components (data architecture/governance, security, etc.)
Have an intermediate level of English
Experience in public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models using AWS or Azure.
