Skills requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology OR has prior experience in technology demand prioritisation management, business analyst, technical analyst or service desk analyst roles (customer facing)
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills, as you will work with closely with a variety of stakeholders
• Exposure or familiarity with the following will be ideal:
• Cloud Computing concepts and providers (AWS, Azure)
• Jira
• ServiceNow
• Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices

Job objective:
• Comfortable being proactive, being able to identify and understand different stakeholders and their needs, and determined to deliver
• Able to manage the day to day activities relating to Cloud Services’ demands
• Provide guidance on Cloud Services’ offerings, processes and be the bridge between Cloud
Services’ customers and the technical team
• Facilitate technical consultation and communication across a broad stakeholder group
• Apply continuous improvement and standardisation principles to establish simple, effective and efficient processes to manage demands
